1. Choose your favorite size cup at checkout - either 11oz or 15oz of liquid plus your favorite style - all white or black accent.
2. Want customizations: please let the seller know in the notes section.
3. The item is completely dishwasher (top rack) and microwave safe. The design will not scratch off or come off like it can with vinyl.
4. Design is imprinted on both sides of the mug using a very detailed sublimation process. Super bright and crisp design that you will love!
5. The mug itself is made of stoneware and has a modern, sturdy shape and feel that makes it stand out from your regular mugs.
6. Printing: Color can vary slightly from your monitor to the actual mug. This is due to different color tones and is just a natural occurrence with handmade items.
7. Packaging: Each mug is packaged in a sturdy box with plenty of cushioning (little chance for damage during shipping).
8. Processing and shipping times: We require 4-9 business days processing and the items will arrive at their destination approximately 2-7 business days after shipment. Expect longer processing times during the holidays.
