The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For specific details, see individual items.

In general processing times are:

* 3-5 business days for drinkware/ornaments/mousepads

* 5-7 business days for apparel

In general shipping time is:

2-7 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose as well as the volume of orders received at any given time.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations under the following condition only:

Request a cancellation within 1 (one) hour of purchase

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Absolutely, I am open to custom order requests! Please message me to talk about your design ideas and we will come up with something perfect!

What Are The Care instructions For Your Items?

Makeup Bags/Totes/Mousepads: Spot Clean With Mild Soap and Water.

Mugs: Top Rack Dishwasher Safe; Hand Wash works too!

Apparel: Wash Inside Out, Cold, Gentle Cycle. Tumble Dry Low and Remove Promptly.

What Are The Processing and Shipping Times for My Order?

My processing times are:
Check your receipt for the most up to date timeframes. Check the shop announcement as well.

**Processing times are longer during EVERY HOLIDAY. This is additional time added on to the processing time stated on your receipt***

Speedy Production (add on at check out): 1-2 business day + shipping. Does NOT include day purchased, i.e next business day after purchase is 1st business day. I have 2 full business days to process your order and it will be shipped out on the 3rd business day.

What Happens If My Mug Arrives Broken Or With An Incorrect Design?

Broken Mug:
I feel your pain and apologize on behalf of the mail carrier. While it is rare, this situation can most certainly arise with the shipment of a delicate item such as a mug.

With that said, I don't want you to worry. I've got you covered!

I REQUIRE that you send me multiple pictures (e.g. mug, packaging materials, box) of your damaged item within 24 hrs of receiving the package. I will then replace it and ship you a new one right away at no extra cost to you!

Wrong Design:
While very rare that this will happen, if you inform me within 24 hrs of receiving your package with a picture I will replace the item at my expense as quickly as possible.

Do You Accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations?

I DO NOT accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to the handmade and custom nature of my items. I start to work on them very shortly after they are ordered.

If there is a SPECIAL circumstance where I will accept the return/exchange of an item, it must be returned to me unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing pieces.

I Put The Incorrect Shipping Address On My Order OR My Item Is Missing. What Can I Do?

Incorrect Shipping:
Please reach out to me within 24 hours so that we can discuss our options BEFORE I ship the product.

Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped things are out of my hands. The best advice I can give at this point is to contact the mail carrier and see if you can reroute the item.

If the package gets returned, all shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Item is Missing:
Once the product has been shipped, unfortunately things are out of my hands. The best advice I can give at this point is to contact the mail carrier (or neighbors or your favorite mail person) and see if you can track down the item. Stolen and lost packages can sometimes be covered by USPS if you file a claim.

Will I Receive A Proof?

Due to the handmade nature of these items and my desire to ship them in a timely manner, proofs are not sent unless requested after checking out.

If a proof is sent out, remember I won't be able to work on it until it's approved by you, so the timeline to ship may be extended. In the case of a proof, up to 2 revisions are given and I ask that you respond within 24hrs.

Where Are The Mugs Made?

The ceramic mug itself is made in Thailand and the outside coating process (which is needed for sublimation) is professionally performed in the United States.

The design, sublimation process/pressing of the mug, the packaging, and shipping is all done by me right here in the United States of America.

Apparel Shipping and Sizing Details

My absolute favorite unisex shirt is the Gildan soft style. So incredibly comfy and perfectly sized for tying at the end and rolling up the sleeves. Makes for the cutest look!


I work with a professional printer for apparel items because they have amazing equipment and quality results. I make my mugs in house. Therefore, if you order a mug and shirt together, they will arrive separately.


Please note that these are unisex shirts which fit a bit different than regular ladies or men’s shirts. Check the sizing guide in the images. If you still have questions, please reach out to me BEFORE placing your order. Returns and exchanges are not available for your items so PLEASE make sure to order the correct size.

There Is A Problem With My Order. When Should I Contact You?

Problems with your order should be reported within 24 hours of the item(s) being delivered. This will ensure a timely resolution. 

If there is a SPECIAL circumstance where I will accept the return/exchange of an item, it must be returned to me unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing pieces.
